If you know me, you know that I absolutely love shopping second-hand. I’m pretty sure that the vast majority of my clothing is either from a charity shop or the likes of Vinted. So I’m shocked that I have only just discovered the absolute gem that is Preworn.

This online second-hand clothing store is a game-changer for a more sustainable and eco-friendly shopping experience.

Who are Preworn?

By shopping with Preworn, you are doing your part by helping to make a positive impact on the environment.

On top of being environmentally friendly, they also work with a number of charities. When I was browsing on the website, I scrolled down to the footer and spotted the charity partners section and discovered that if you click on that, you can choose a charity and then 15% of your order will be donated to your chosen charity, which I think is brilliant.

Preworn are an online second-hand clothing store, dedicated to helping prevent good clothing from ending up in landfill. They claim that they save around 600 tonnes of clothing going to landfill each year, which is amazing.

Preworn started up in 2019 and has rapidly grown to have a catalogue of almost a million good quality clothes and accessories at extremely reasonable prices.

Exciting Finds and Unbelievable Prices

I was so excited when I checked out the Preworn website. To start with, I couldn’t quite believe the prices. I went straight over to Trustpilot to check out their reviews, just to make sure it really was as good as it seemed. They have a Trustpilot rating of 4.7, so they really are as good as they seemed.

I wasn’t looking for anything in particular so I went into the women’s ‘shop all’ section and filtered it by my size to see what they had. There was just so much to choose from, my wishlist filled up pretty quickly with everything that I wanted. The prices of the items I was choosing were all between £3 and £6! I got Amelia to have a look at the kids’ clothing too and she also added some items to the wishlist.

I love my clothes, they are super cute!

The website is very clear when it comes to the condition of the clothing. They are labelled to state whether they are in excellent condition, very good or good condition. I didn’t see anything less than that. Any marks or defects on the clothing are clearly photographed and mentioned in the item’s description.

Lightening Fast Delivery and Fashion Faves

In less than 48 hours, my Preworn Haul arrived! I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quickly, so that was a nice surprise.

My Preworn haul is absolutely wonderful, I was so excited when I was getting the clothes out of the bag. They were all in extremely good condition and a couple of them I suspect were brand new.

The majority of the clothing that I’d bought were from M&S, with others from Next, Zara and French Connection. I had 2 items that had dirty marks on them, but that had been pictured on the website so it wasn’t news to me and they have all washed out really nicely.

We absolutely adore our Preworn clothing and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the huge variety of clothing on offer, the extremely reasonable prices and super fast delivery, my first experience of Preworn was fantastic. I’ve already been back on and added more to my wishlist!
